What kinds of testing and feedback services do you provide?: We can run manual tests on your web or mobile app for the following:

We can also quote an option to provide additional high-level feedback about how apps could be improved with new features or user experience changes.

Because we want the process to be as seamless as possible for you, we generally don't write or run automated tests as part of our standalone testing packages. Our testing services are meant to serve as either a base check for apps that don't have a full testing program built out or an impartial extra human check for those that do.
How much does a testing project cost?: The cost of testing is based on four factors:

How comprehensive you'd like the testing to be (major functionality, design issues, etc.)

The complexity of your app (number of screens, user roles, etc.)

The number of devices or platforms you want to test

Whether you'd like to include feedback and consultation for possible features or functionality improvements

Testing packages can range from $150 to thousands of dollars, depending on the combination of factors above. For many apps, a budget of $500 - $1,000 can produce meaningful feedback and data.

It can be helpful to set a recurring budget on either a monthly basis or around new releases for your app.

We're happy to do our best to work within any budget. Testing at any level is a great investment in the success of your app resonating with the people who use it!
How will you deliver the results you find?: We can deliver testing results based on the structure that makes the most sense for your company.

If you're in the very early stages of your company, the most straightforward deliverable is a simple Google Doc that includes notes, screenshots, and/or screencasts where applicable.

If you're interested in building a more robust system for feedback, we can help you start a bug tracking platform for your app that you can use as a plan and guide for future development.

If you already have a tracking system in place, we can input feedback directly into it in whatever way that makes the most sense for your team.
What if my app is a paid download or is subscription-based?: If there's a cost to use your application, we'll either ask for a promo code before testing begins, or we can add the cost of a download or subscription to the invoice for the project.
